🌎 About Askable
Hey, we’re Askable - the world’s most loved user research platform. Loved by whom you ask? Deliveroo, Tesco, Pizza Hut, BBC, Mastercard and hundreds more. Not bad right?
Askable began in 2017 as an idea scribbled on a sticky note, born out of frustration with the clunky, outdated research processes we’d experienced firsthand. So, we set out to build a new way—one that makes quality research accessible to everyone, from Fortune 500s to startups hungry for insights.
By providing seamless access to high-quality participants and Certified Askable Researchers, we enable teams to scale research on demand, deliver insights faster, and, ultimately, build things that matter.
Now with offices in Brisbane, London, and Chicago, we’re growing the team to bring Askable’s research power to researchers everywhere, so they can make smarter, user-driven decisions.

🦄 Our culture
Our culture drives everything we do. We live it, breathe it, and work every day to make Askable a place where people can thrive.
We believe work should be fulfilling, exciting, and meaningful.
Here, you’re not just part of a team. You’re part of a community that cares about what they’re building and how they’re building it.
In fact, we take culture so seriously that we wrote a book on it. Our Culture Book guides what we stand for, how we work, and the values that unite us—because nothing beats winning with a team you genuinely love working with.

💡 About the role
At Askable, researchers are at the heart of how we deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
As our Researcher Enablement Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for supporting, enabling, and matching our Certified Askable Researchers to the right projects in your region. You’ll work closely with our global Researcher Experience Lead and local Delivery team to make sure researchers are set up for success—from onboarding, training, and readiness, through to live project support and community engagement.
This role is hands-on. You’ll be keeping our local researcher pool active and ready, making quick and confident resourcing decisions, and building trusted relationships so our researchers feel supported, valued, and connected. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring our delivery standards are met consistently, helping us to scale research without compromising on quality.

🛠 What you’ll do
- Keep our UK researcher pool active, ready, and visible—tracking availability, skills, preferences, and delivery history.
- Match researchers to projects quickly and accurately using Askable’s systems and frameworks.
- Run onboarding for new Certified Askable Researchers, ensuring they’re confident and ready to deliver.
- Support researchers through live projects—answering questions, resolving issues, and flagging risks early.
- Build strong local researcher relationships through regular check-ins, encouragement, and moments of appreciation.
- Run at least one engagement initiative per month (event, Slack discussion, spotlight, or similar).
- Maintain up-to-date researcher data in our systems for visibility and resourcing efficiency.
- Work closely with the global team to share feedback, surface pool gaps, and contribute to process improvements.

🦉 Skills and experience you’ll bring
To hit the ground running in this role you’ll need at least 2 years experience coordinating people or projects in a service or delivery-focused role (client services, events, creative production, HR, or similar).
- Strong communicator who can set expectations clearly, build trust, and resolve issues with care.
- Comfortable supporting others to deliver great work—even if you’re not the subject matter expert yourself.
- Highly organised, calm under pressure, and confident juggling multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using tools like Airtable, CRMs, task boards, and Slack.
- (Bonus) Experience working with freelancers, in research/creative delivery environments, or running training/onboarding sessions.

🚀 The mindset you’ll need
- Proactive problem-solving — spotting risks early and taking action.
- Relationship-first mindset — making researchers feel supported and valued.
- Clarity and structure — keeping information, timelines, and expectations clear.
- Community spirit — creating moments that connect and engage.
- Resilience and adaptability — staying steady in a fast-paced, changing environment.

🙌 Perks and benefits
Your excitement about the role itself is what matters most to us. Perks are just the icing on the cake—but here are a few to whet your appetite. 🍰
- Competitive Salary
- Extra 15 days of paid annual leave (We call them Askable Days and we all take the day together each month so no one can bother you on that day)
- Opportunities for international travel, including a trip to Askable HQ in Australia soon after starting
- Plus more—we'll be happy to chat about all our other perks during the interview process!
