🌎 About Askable
Hey, we’re Askable - the world’s most loved user research platform. Loved by whom you ask? Woolies, Qantas, Canva, BUPA, CommBank, NAB, Telstra, BBC, Mastercard and hundreds more. Not bad right?
Askable began in 2017 as an idea scribbled on a sticky note, born out of frustration with the clunky, outdated research processes we’d experienced firsthand. So, we set out to build a new way—one that makes quality research accessible to everyone, from Fortune 500s to startups hungry for insights.
By providing seamless access to high-quality participants and Certified Askable Researchers, we enable teams to scale research on demand, deliver insights faster, and, ultimately, build things that matter.
Now with offices in Brisbane, London, and Chicago, we’re growing the team to bring Askable’s research power to researchers everywhere, so they can make smarter, user-driven decisions.

🦄 Our culture
Our culture drives everything we do. We live it, breathe it, and work every day to make Askable a place where people can thrive.
We believe work should be fulfilling, exciting, and meaningful.
Here, you’re not just part of a team. You’re part of a community that cares about what they’re building and how they’re building it.
In fact, we take culture so seriously that we wrote a book on it. Our Culture Book guides what we stand for, how we work, and the values that unite us—because nothing beats winning with a team you genuinely love working with.

💡 About the role
As Project Delivery, you’re the engine that keeps complex research projects moving smoothly. You’ll take the baton from Sales and Usage, match the right researcher to the brief, and guide the work from kickoff to final delivery. It’s fast paced, people heavy, and full of moving parts. But that’s where you thrive. You’ll coordinate timelines, align expectations, and keep everyone including clients, researchers, and internal teams on track.
You might have “project manager” in your title—or maybe not. We know real project management comes in all shapes and sizes. If you’ve ever juggled competing priorities, navigated shifting timelines, and kept multiple stakeholders (with wildly different needs) moving in the same direction… you’ve probably been doing project delivery all along
––––––––––––––––––––
🛠 What you’ll do
Project Orchestration: Manage a portfolio of 20–30 live projects at different stages, with the support of tools, teammates, and processes to help you stay in flow. You’ll define success upfront, document scope and milestones, and ensure delivery runs on schedule. You’ll keep project boards on Monday up to date and aligned, even when plans shift.
Making It Happen: You’re not just ticking boxes. You’re leading projects through ambiguity, tradeoffs, and human dynamics. You’ll bring calm to chaos, keep quality high, and ensure clients walk away with exactly what they signed up for (and then some).
Client Communication: Run smooth kickoffs, timely checkins, and buttoned up close outs. You’ll explain what’s happening and why: clearly, confidently, and without overwhelm.
Stakeholder Juggling: You’ll keep researchers, participants, Sales, and Fulfilment aligned even when their needs compete. You’ll guide conversations, mediate when needed, and make sure everyone’s working from the same playbook.
Quality & Risk Management: You’ll build smart checkpoints into your plans, flag risks before they land, and escalate with just the right amount of context. When things don’t go to plan, you’ll lead the team through it calmly and clearly.
You’ve delivered projects before whether through classic project management, fast paced client coordination, or managing multiple workstreams at once. You understand how to keep things moving while managing stakeholders, timelines, and expectations with empathy and precision.

🦉 Skills and experience you’ll bring
To hit the ground running in this role you’ll need at least 2 years experieince working as a product designer in a SaaS or tech environment with:
Excellent communication: clear, empathetic, and calm under pressure.
Experience juggling many concurrent deliverables across stakeholders with competing needs.
Strong planning and prioritisation skills. You love a clear Monday board and a good status update.
Confidence using Monday.com (or similar), Slack, and Google Suite.
Bonus points for:
Experience working with researchers, freelance teams, or across time zones.
Exposure to agile, lean, or other fast moving delivery environments.
A healthy appreciation for a well named column in a project board.

🚀 The mindset you’ll need
People first problem solving: You don’t just run projects, you guide people through them. You know when to push, when to pause, and how to navigate feedback or roadblocks with empathy and precision.
Independent and resourceful: There’s no one size fits all checklist here. You’ll be comfortable scoping the unknown, asking smart questions, and making good calls in grey areas.
Delivery obsessed: You care about the work landing well, on time, in scope, and aligned to expectations. You’re the person who keeps track of the details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Always improving: You notice friction, test fixes, and share wins to help the whole team level up.
Thrives on variety: You’re not here for rinse and repeat. You enjoy switching gears, adapting to new contexts, and keeping your brain (and calendar) fresh.
